1. Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
3. Timeframe:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us via email info@rudha.in to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
5. Shipping Costs:
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds and Exchanges Process:
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days.
Exchanges: There is no exchange for items once purchased

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@rudha.in within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.
8. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
